You have a 15-day return and exchange period, free exchanges, and free shipping on all orders exceeding €70. In addition to this, we also have our own distribution center that is centrally located in Europe, which ensures quick dispatches.
You have 15 days from the date of receiving the parcel to return an item.
Items refused, not claimed, or returned without an approved claim number* by our customer service team are automatically subject to the following fee for return and handling, which will be deducted from the value of the returned items:

We do not do exchanges. If you want a new item, please return the one you received for a refund. You will then have to place a new order. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
Original freight charges are refunded only if the whole order is returned.

Returns are delivered back to our warehouses within 15 business days. These are normally processed the same day, or up to a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt during peak periods.

The preparation time before shipment is indicated on the page of each item. Delivery takes some additional working days. Under no circumstances it can be accelerated.
